I'm Ian Scott Shackleton, owner, founder, designer, developer at 2.0 Design. Art has been an extraordinary and vital influence in my life and web design in my opinion, is art. My beginnings into the world of web and graphic design were humble -- just a dream and a few keystrokes, but like any good artist I clung to my passions, sharpened my tools and began the canvas of creating my company.
It began when a colleague asked if I could put together a site for his organization. I happily agreed, and each project I completed brought me a new client. What a privilege it is to translate into visual language the thoughts and ideas of another -- born out of a love for composition and a deep understanding for the needs of my clients.
I have been happily married to my wife Molly since 2009. We love spending time with our "kids" -- our pug Fizzgig and our frenchy Beanpot, both rescues. I'm a member of my local Volunteer Fire Department, and a number of other community associations. When I do find any spare time I enjoy travel, concerts, movies, and hockey -- I'm a life-long fan of the Montréal Canadiens.
